Terms and conditions

Version dated 20 September 2026.

Seller and contracting

MAILOGA TRADE, S.L., tax ID B70532080, Avenida dos Bosques 18, 15142 Arteixo (A Coruña), Spain. Contact: info@mailoga.com. These terms govern purchases from the mailoga.com stores. The seller and the conditions applicable to each product are identified before the order is confirmed; an offer from an external seller will identify that seller.

Orders, prices and languages

Before confirming a purchase you can review the products, quantities, address, payment method, delivery and total, and correct your details. Applicable taxes and charges are shown before you undertake a payment obligation. Only the payment methods enabled for that order are offered. Acceptance of the order makes the displayed price and terms binding; later changes require express agreement. Terms may be updated for future purchases without changing existing contracts. The confirmation and purchase document are retained in the customer account or supplied on a durable medium. Terms are provided in Spanish and English; the language does not limit any mandatory buyer rights.

Availability and delivery

Availability and the applicable delivery period are stated in the offer and before order confirmation. General references to 24–72 hours are estimates and do not replace the specifically agreed delivery period. For orders containing several items, delivery depends on the disclosed availability of all items. Home delivery and collection, where available, are shown with their price before payment. The combined basket calculates shipping using aggregate weight, destination and the available carrier. If we cannot fulfil the order or the agreed delivery period, we will inform you and respect the applicable rights to performance, termination and reimbursement. Technical review does not automatically extend the delivery period.

Receipt and delivery incidents

We recommend checking the delivery on receipt and reporting visible damage promptly, recording it with the carrier where possible. Reporting an incident within the first 24 hours or checking the contents within five days helps us handle it, but these recommended periods do not extinguish the legal guarantee or other statutory rights. Signing for delivery does not waive claims for defects that were not noticed.

Configuration and assembly

The configurator and AI perform preliminary checks. Technical staff review the configuration before preparation or assembly. Components are not substituted and charges are not added without express acceptance. You must choose the operating system and assembly options; assembly starts at EUR 45 and its specific price is shown before contracting. Any later proposal identifies the changes, final price and delivery impact, and the response is retained on a durable medium. Differences in your favour are reimbursed through the original payment method unless another method is agreed at no cost; supplements require separate authorisation and payment. If you reject a proposal or the contracted configuration cannot be supplied, the affected part is cancelled and the amount paid for it is refunded without undue delay. AI does not replace final technical approval; do not enter personal data in questions.

Withdrawal and legal guarantee

The rights, time limits, exceptions, procedure and model notice are set out in the returns, withdrawal and legal-guarantee policy linked below. They are separate from the voluntary commercial return described next. Handling needed to examine a product does not by itself remove withdrawal rights; selecting standard components or opening ordinary packaging does not automatically create an exception. Use of a particular form is not mandatory. Withdrawal refunds follow the statutory time limit and original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed at no cost. Administrative handling does not impose an automatic 30-day waiting period. Damage caused by misuse may fall outside coverage where its connection to the defect is established; installing software, opening packaging or adding a component does not create a blanket exclusion of the legal guarantee.

Additional commercial return for private customers

The commercial offer of returns up to 30 calendar days after receipt is retained for products sold and delivered by MAILOGA, including new and refurbished products, without return charges. This is an additional benefit and does not replace or reduce statutory withdrawal. Outside the statutory period, this benefit requires the complete product, protected and in its original condition, including supplied gifts or promotional items. In other cases, particularly external sellers, commercial conditions and charges are disclosed before purchase. Perfect-condition, packaging and complete-bundle requirements for the commercial benefit are not applied as automatic restrictions on a statutory right. Handling a used digital code requires checking the applicable conditions and consents, rather than making an automatic deduction.

Business and distributor purchases

The commercial return period for distributors remains 30 calendar days from receipt, for unopened goods in perfect condition. Blister-packed or heat-sealed goods with a broken factory seal are not accepted under that commercial route. This is a business-purchase condition and does not reduce the guarantee or claims for defective goods. Specific consumer rights depend on the actual status of the buyer and the purpose of the purchase.

Non-performance, complaints and courts

We may reject fraudulent or unlawful conduct while respecting applicable contracts and rights. For incidents, cancellations or complaints, contact info@mailoga.com or use the store contact form. A cancellation requiring reimbursement is handled without undue delay and within the applicable legal period. The European ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025; the current alternative-dispute-resolution directory is linked below. Membership of a particular body is not implied, and consumers are not required to use only courts in A Coruña. Jurisdiction remains as provided by applicable law.

Other charges and related information

Where a private-copying levy applies, its amount is disclosed in the offer and purchase documentation. Exemptions and reimbursements follow applicable law and may require supporting documents. Promotions and competitions, where offered, have their own accessible rules. These terms do not change rights already acquired under earlier orders or limit mandatory rights.
